Charles is in his 6th season with the Rattlers. Throughout his years in Appleton, he has worked as the Sous Chef of the Oshkosh Convention Center and kitchen supervisor for the Radisson Paper Valley Hotel. In 2016 he was nominated and won the "Emerging Chef of the Year" award, and in 2018 he won the "Chef of the Year" award from the American Culinary Federation -Fox Valley Chapter.
