The Fox Club is a premier venue that offers a variety of unique personalized services and amenities that set us apart from other wedding venues in the Fox Cities. If you’re looking for a unique wedding experience, here are a few reasons to check us out.
Ceremony Options
We have three different options on ceremony locations here at the stadium.
The Fox Club Banquet is our indoor location that has the capacity to hold 250 people. It’s the perfect indoor spot if you’re not wanting to gamble with uncooperative weather on your big day. The large windows, overseeing the field, allow in ample natural light and slide open to let in fresh air on those warm, sunny days. We have onsite staff to help set up seating and rearrange the space to tailor to your customized room layout. The space is open and available to you the morning of your event to allow time for you and your wedding party to set up decorations, drop off items and get ready in the suites.
Our Atrium Ceremony option is an outdoor location just outside of our front gates. We have a beautiful arch that can be nicely decorated with flowers to make the perfect backdrop to your ceremony. The outdoor space can hold 150-200 guests.
You don’t have to be a baseball fan to get married on a baseball field. In fact, you’d be surprised by how many couples choose our On-field Ceremony option just because it’s a really unique and fun experience. Right before the ceremony starts, our coordinators lead the wedding party through the Timber Rattlers clubhouse and into the dugout where everyone will be lined up and ready to walk out to home base. Our staff handles the AV so that music and microphones are hooked up to the stadium and guests are able to watch and enjoy from the stands.
On-site Cocktail Locations
If you’ve chosen to have your ceremony here at the stadium, an on-site cocktail location is included with that cost. Brews on Third is a great outdoor spot for those warm sunny days. The outdoor bar will be stocked with your favorite drinks and the outdoor space allows guests to spread out across the patio to enjoy the view of the stadium and play games. Leinie’s Lodge is an indoor cocktail location that’s tucked away in our concourse. Tables can be set up both inside the bar and outside, on the concourse, along with outdoor heaters for those cooler days. It makes a great backup location to Brews on Third when weather is bad. The Fox Club is another indoor option we have here at the stadium. After your ceremony, guests can head right upstairs to the large banquet room where our full-service bar will be open and ready for serving! Guests can enjoy drinks on the balcony and take in the best view of the field. Since dinner is served in The Fox Club, this location enables a smooth and easy transition from cocktails over to dinner time.
Fireworks Display
Adding a fireworks display to the night is a really exciting way to kickoff the celebration and is a fun surprise for your guests! Fireworks usually take place after dinner, right after the sun sets. While guests will be watching from the balcony, you, your partner, and photographer will be brought down to the field to watch privately and for your photographer to capture the most amazing photos!
Customized baseball-themed items
For those wanting more of a baseball theme, we have all sorts of customizable baseball items for you to include on your wedding day. This includes a replica home plate for guests signatures, custom baseball, custom jerseys, and wedding tickets.
Mascot appearance
Need our mascot, Fang, to pop in and get the party started? He’d love to be invited! We hear he cleans up nicely and is an excellent dancer.
Videoboard customization
It’s your big day, let everyone know it! Display your love story on our TV’s and outdoor videoboard for all to see. Guests (and people driving on the highway) will enjoy viewing your favorite engagement photos that best showcases your love.
Customized room layout
The Fox Club is a blank canvas for you to turn into your dream wedding. We have table rounds, 8ft. rectangle tables, short and tall cocktail tables, and bar stools available to you to set up or mix and match however you’d like. You tell us how you want the room to be arranged and we will make it happen. We provide the linens and even have a few centerpieces and décor available for you to look through and use at no extra charge. We also have up-lighting, staging, curtains, and lighted skirted tables if you’re looking to add a little something extra to the space.
