Rescheduling, Cancellations, and Zoom: The Fox Club Recently

The meeting and event industry has had to shift a lot in the past two years. The Fox Club has seen rescheduled events, cancellations, and shifting plans to fit safety protocols. We have become accustomed to being flexible to make sure the guests feel safe while attending different events at the stadium.

These are just some of the ways we have changed how we operate:

1.      Wearing Masks: Masks are not required. However, if you choose to have your guests wear masks, we definitely will as a staff if you ask!

2.      Social Distanced Tables: As coordinators, we work with you to create a room layout to fit the needs of your group. If you would like more social distanced tables, we can make that happen with the space we can.

3.      Served Buffet Tables: If you would like our staff to serve your buffet line in order to limit the number of people touching the utensils, we are more than willing!

4.      Hybrid AV Needs: In the past two years, we have worked with our clients to create unique, hybrid meetings. We are able to host Zoom Meetings while some of the group is watching in The Fox Club in person.

5.      Perfect for the Smallest Groups: We accommodate groups of even ten people who want to spread out and still meet in person. Our space can hold up to 250 people. So there is plenty of room to spread out.
