Easy Napkin Folds to Elevate Your Next Event

Napkin folds are a unique way to add that special touch to your place setting. It’s a nice, simple detail that your guests will love and can tie into your décor to really elevate the overall look of the space. There are so many options that you can find online and are super easy to learn. Tent folds and tri folds are classic options for a simple meeting, lunch or dinner. Tree folds are fun for the holiday parties and bow ties for weddings and formal events.

You’ve probably seen a tent fold at many banquet or event spaces. It’s a classic fold and usually our default for any type of event.

The tree fold is one that we always do during the holidays for holiday parties. We can do all red, all green, or a mixture of both to really make the room festive.

This bow tie fold was a special request from a bride and requires a string or ribbon to hold it in place. We had a blast making these cute little bow ties and her guests loved them! Our coordinators are always open to different folds, all you have to do is ask!

Lastly, the pocket fold is a great option for dinner meetings or weddings. It’s a clean look that condenses some of the clutter from the tables. You can easily place silverware, itineraries, party favors, etc. into the pockets to keep everything together and organized.
